Last day at TRBD

Today is my last day at TRBD. Actually my last day supposed to be on 31 December, but yesterday after a short talk with HR Coordinator I was told that I can have replacement off day because I worked on all the public holidays in this month. I'm so happy to hear this and this morning I straight inform my supervisor.

After back from Secret Recipe with David and Jessie, we went to locker took everything out. On the way to parking lot, honestly I feel happy and sad. Happy because finally I finished my 6 months internship. Everything here gonna be part of memories in my mind forever. Sad? Because 6 months leh, say so feel is really bluffing lah.

Anyway, God knows I will go back there to work as permanent staff? I really don't know, at least now. We shall see...

TRBD 2nd Annual Staff Dinner

Today the hotel is having its 2nd annual staff dinner. I was so LUCKY to attend this dinner party. Too bad I only can sit there for 2 hours and after that I have to go back work because they are short of staff down there. WTH!

Nothing much to say because we trainees only go for dinner. We are not involving except some of them became committee members. I'm quite surprise to see those managers in retro outfit. Conclusion, LMAO! wahaha...

Last day at Sales Department

Today is my last day at Sales Department. As usual, bored like hell. But I think I gonna miss here very much because I'm going to a deeper hell after this!

I'm a bit worrying when I give the evaluation form to Joey because today she is so busy and might not give a damn to it. In the end everything is find and I got an average score haha.

After work I invited Jessie and Susan to go lunch. We went Vivo for some western food. I just visited this outlet yesterday with David, Timon and Windy. The same staff serve us again and she is smiling at me =p.

After reach home, I feel very relax. Whoa, another 1 month to go!

First day at Sales Department

So today is my first day at Sales Department. Overslept a bit but luckily still able to punch in before 9am. On the way to office I keep thinking what reason to give if Joey ask =p

But after I entered office I just realized Joey the Sales Manager is actually on leave until Wednesday, LOLZ. I wait until Fatin come then she said she don't know what task to give me -.-'

In the end, I do nothing for whole day. Sitting there crapping with Ti Mon only. WTH!

Luckily I will be there for 2 weeks nia.

Last day~~

Today is my last day at FO. Honestly, I feel happy and a little bit sad at the same time. Happy? Because I left one and half month to finish my internship and officially graduate. A little bit sad? Because I really 'bu she de' to leave here. Haha I think some of us start to love this place, I still remember Candy said she also don't want leave lolz.

So I got morning shift today, along with Susan and Michelle. Starting today Michelle was shifted to front desk, so I tried to teach her some basic but then I also don't know what to teach. We saw a wedding couple then we start to day dreaming when to get married haha.

During lunch both of us wanted to eat McD so we decided to go the one located inside Cineleisure. When reach there we are very shocked! WTH the McD there is totally flooded and full house. Bo bian lah we gotta visit another one opposite IKEA. On the way to there we met Susan and then suddenly Michelle said don't want go McD anymore. So we went Santai loh. All of us are satisfied with the foods except that Princess Michelle keep saying her "ku lou kai" (sweet sour chicken lah, but the way she say that words really funny) not nice.

Just now I went Teluk Gong with some friends. The crabs are really irresistible. I don't care whatever allergic lah eat first then suffer haha. In the end I still able to control myself to stop eating the crab when I start feeling itchy. As usual lah, a lot of water-blowing after dinner. We sit there until they start to clear everything prepare to 'sao tong'.

Second last day~~

Today is acually the second last day of my stay at FO. But I think some of the people here getting wrong information haha. So during briefing they all threaten me and said they want to throw egg and shower me with curry tomorrow, argh damn evil lah!

One good thing is I was offered to work at morning shift tomorrow. Haha what a good idea as I was invited for a dinner with hometown friends tomorrow. Now the time won't clash, yeah!

Late

Last night I forgot to set alarm. This morning when I woke up it's 11:15am already! On the way to work I keep thinking what reason to give later.

But when I arrived, I realized that today is the supervisor's off day. LOLZ, so lucky haha.

Graveyard Shift

Finally I got my graveyard shift, today and tomorrow. Nik told me it's damn damn boring, don't how to spend that eight hours. Today afternoon I keep forcing myself to sleep, but in the end I only slept 3 hours. It's so hard to adjust lah.

Haha so fast it's 62% already. About 2 more months to go until the end of my internship. Actually now I feel a bit 'bu she de' to leave. But when I think about the freedom I can have after this, I feel excited. 'Bu she de' is because I got many friends from here. What to do ler? For sure I will let you all become part of my story book hehe.

Anyway, wishing all my Indian friends happy Deepavali.

Another chapter

I was thinking for so long, whether want to apply to stay at this department until the end of my internship or not. This week I keep thinking about this but in the end I decided to follow the actual schedule.

Why ah? If 1 year ago I confirm don't want to change department. I'm quite conservative actually. I mean not so adventurous lah. Everything will think again and again especially will think about bad consequences first. Hehe this is truth lah xiaolaopo also said me like this.

But I think I'm not young anymore (alamak 25 coming soon!). I should try every new thing no matter it's sweet or sour. Today Boss told me a BAD news. He gonna put me to 2 days of graveyard shift. TMD! But then he gave me another GOOD news. He will give me one extra off day so that I will have 3 off days for next week! (because the new department follow normal office hour haha)

Talking about the new department, I don't know how I gonna survive at there lolz. The whole department only has 2 staff. So I gonna serve that 2 new lady bosses in November. Heard other trainees said office very boring, zzz.

Anyway, I should start thinking how to spend my 3 days holiday hehe.

Stupid night

Guess what? It's just damn boring. I and Michelle look at each other and do nothing. Then once everything is done Joey told me that's all and I can go back already. Lolz I don't care lah once I change back to normal clothes I straight go to have a cup of coffee at Gloria Jean's Coffee haha xD

And lastly, I realized that boss never lie on me lah, because I'm the only guy! Si kui you uncle GM!!

Happy working~

Today I just realized that somebody is not-so-welcome by others. Haha, before this I thought I'm the one who have problem, but now seems that the problem is not at my side.

By the way, to that 'somebody', better change your style lah. I hold no grudge with you, but please at least let everyone happy working with you. You are not our boss duh. We are at the same par ok.

And lols, today GM suddenly invaded our office haha. Luckily he's not working today. I don't know why many staffs so scare when meet him. For me, he is just a friendly uncle nia.

I have been working on morning shift for more than 1 week already. Hope I can shift to another time slot lah. Working at morning means cannot sleep more. Cheh!

Progress 50%

Woohoo so it's 1st of October now. Another 3 months to go and get muh freedom! So should I make a small conclusion for the first 50% done?

What to say. Squatting at Front Office since August already. Now almost everything get on my hand except some highly-technical-skill-based thingy. Last time they not dare to leave me (and other trainees) alone. But now seems that they have a high anticipation on us. They dare to go 'mengular' hehe.

Recently FO was flooded by many trainees, then 2 new staffs joined and it became very packed. Sometimes we don't have enough space to move so we can simply hide behind and, yeah 'mengular' at there.

Today Hajjar will leave FO for kitchen hence we have less one trainee here. Not forgot to mention that I'm quite enjoying my time at FO. I'm thinking to extend my stay at FO until the end of my training xD

And, today is the first time I got tips from a guest. 1000 dollar neh!

But, it's Korean currency.

Oh yeah finally I was told by Boss that I have 2 days of replacement leave. Bravo! I know how to spend it already xD

Wahaha another 1 day replacement leave for Merdeka, total THHHHRRREEEE days wOOt!

Raincoat show

Today everyone is going a bit 'extraordinary', maybe caused by the Merdeka eve fever hehe. Our manager become a mystery man today. Instead of wearing formal, today he is wearing casual and with a baseball cap all of us thought got intruder in our office -.-'

And then Hajjar don't know why suddenly she wears a yellow raincoat, cover her head with the hood and wearing a Phua-Choo-Kang-boots in office. All of us shocked and then laugh together. Then she became a raincoat model and we took photo of her.

Raining Raining Raining

Recently the weather is so crazy. I used to like rainy day, but now I really don't like, especially when I go to work.

But, but, the view from inside the hotel to outside really nice when raining. It's because of the tinted glass and lighting. Very romantic hehe.

The manager asked me why I always look at outside. I just reply him with a smile. You will never know what I'm thinking...

Oh, so fast, 25% done. It's a milestone for me. Add oil CF!

Time

Everyday go work, I keep looking at the time. Every hour passed, I will say 'Yeah' in my heart because time to go back home is nearer.

My colleagues laugh at me. They told me don't always look at time because the more often I look, I will feel more slow.

I don't know what to do when I really go to work next time. But I believe that if the job is something I really like, I won't feel boring with it.

Hhmm, just like how I spend my time for sleep and play, always insufficient xD

Life

Got to know some of staffs in hotel. I'm quite shocked when I know they actually younger than me. Suddenly I feel shame on me.

They are younger than me, but they already start to earn money and fighting for their future to continue surviving in this materialistic world. Most of them are from poorer families. They told me if they have money they will continue studying but not working so early. At the same time they said they are so envy with me.

I feel so paiseh when I told them my actual age. So old, nothing achieved except keep on spending parent's money. Yet, I have no plan for my future. Shit!

Honestly, they inspired me a lot. I feel lucky for what I'm having now. Cherish everything, love you all...

To those friends in hotel, really hope all of you can be successful soon.

Work place politic

Well, I'm sick of this. I'm not the victim, but everyday heard and see this kind of things happen around me, really speechless.

Sometimes keep quiet and do my own things is the best way to shut the hell up. People asking why I'm so quiet. Oh, I just don't want to get trouble.

Thong

Remember this song? 'The Thong Song', forgot who sing it. All I remember is the lyric sounds like this: "thong thong thong thong....", endless thong lolz.

Today, is the first time ever in my life... What?? I touch a stranger's thong. It was wore before, and I have to hold the thong finding its brand name.

WTF! Yucks! and.... Sucks!

Haha actually I'm helping in laundry section. I help the kakak do recording. The red La Senza thong is actually sent by a guest for laundry service. Damn paiseh lah... all ladies around me look at me seriously when I hold the thong.

Yeah I know they sure laughing inside their heart. I'm blushing...
